1. Advisory Consultations & On-Site Visits
Producers who have booked scheduled field evaluations or customized agronomic consultations may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date without incurring cancellation penalties.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or communicated directly to the BrČko registry telephone desk (+387 49 512 840).
2. Laboratory Soil Assays & Diagnostic Sampling
Due to the customized nature of chemical laboratory assays:
- Prior to Sample Ingestion: If sample collection kits are returned unopened and undamaged within 14 calendar days, a full refund of the diagnostic deposit will be granted.
- Post-Chemical Ingestion: Once soil samples have entered the laboratory chemical digestion and spectral analysis phase, testing fees cannot be refunded.
3. Return of Physical Printed Compendiums
Purchased hardbound editions of our agricultural compendiums may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they remain in unsoiled, original condition.

4. Refund Execution Protocols
Approved refunds are credited back to the original bank account via electronic wire transfer within 5 to 10 business days following physical receipt and verification of the returned item.
